We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something does not work out, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery.

How it works

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
We will send you a prepaid return shipping label
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5 business days

What can be returned

Hats, gloves, earmuffs, scarves, and accessories in unworn condition
Pillows and home decor items in original packaging
Footwear that has not been worn outdoors

What cannot be returned

Items worn, washed, or altered
Items returned after 30 days
Gift cards
Final sale items (marked at checkout)

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
